I have been trying to arrange a collection of an item to be returned or around a month now. Phone calls and voicemails go unanswered, and when I finally do get through to speak to someone, the advise they will call the pallet company to arrange a collection and call me back - but I never get a call back, and the items don't get collected. Emails also go unanswered. Customer service has been extremely poor in relation to arranging a collection and refund.
