Paid for shower tray 3 weeks ago but has still not arrived, no communication, have tried to contact via phone, email and webchat to no avail. Not sure if they have gone bust or just shocking customer service!?
Had to raise a claim via bank but could take months to get my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
