Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My item didn't arrive when expected. I managed one phone call when I was told it had been out of stock, but that the warehouse was shipping out that day. This clearly was not true, because the item still didn't arrive. I emailed, whatsapp'd, tried calling (even when I was on holiday!). Eventually I received the same item via Amazon, but with no notification from UB. I can only assume it was from them. Had the item been high value I would have been extremely worried. But I had many weeks to come to terms with the prospect of losing a small amount of money. Still not good, though.
