Bought an expensive mixer tap from Unbeatable Bathrooms, but it has developed a fault. I've been trying to contact them now for the past 3 weeks by phones calls (where I've left messages), using their online chat, where it leads you nowhere, and have emailed them, to which they've never bothered to reply.
