This firm took 10 days to tell me that they couldn't provide what I had ordered from their website. Emails and phone messages failed to provoke a response until I left one saying that unless I heard I would be consulting Trading Standards - then got a very quick phone call from Adam to explain that the unit I'd ordered was not made! He offered an alternative but after this experience I just asked for a refund which, after a delay, he said he had made into my paypal account but they couldn't trace it. Eventually I put it in the hands of paypal who dealt with it and got my money back. All in all hopeless service so couldn't recommend this firm on any level.
