so I placed an order for the wrong item (my fault) and did see some poor reviews online
I contacted the company and got a call back directly from the MD who helped me source the exact item i needed and at a better price
The feeling i get is this is quite a lean organisation, trying to keep costs down to keep prices down, but the personal service where i made the error was most appreciated, and i would definitely shop with this company again
