Absolutely shocking customer care!
I ordered a shower arm, which took over 2 weeks to arrive. The fitting was not strong enough, so I immediately sent an email asking to return it.
5 emails, constant instant messages and at least 12 phone calls (non of which were picked up or replied to) over 10 days and I just sent it back. This was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything..! I now have no arm and no refund.
AVOID!
