Unfortunately having ordered, I was contacted 2 weeks later to be told what I had ordered was actually out of stock and had been erroneously showing as in stock on the website, however more stock was coming if I could wait a couple of weeks. After three and a half weeks I finally contacted via phone and had to leave a voicemail asking for the order to be cancelled. 2 hours later I was sent a dispatch note. I have now received a request to review the order - which never arrived. Beyond disappointed and unfortunately an all around negative experience. I am £200 lighter, online tracking interface shows the order still being prepared and now I have been asked to review for a product I haven’t received. Cannot recommend.
