We ordered an Ideal Standard bathroom sink (to replace a damaged one) and had it delivered today, all in good order. It was very helpful to be able to track the driver - and therefore the approximate delivery time - and we're pleased to have it, purchased at a fair price. But...it hasn't been a smooth end to end process. We had to change the original delivery date to ensure we would be in and verbally agreed Monday this week. No sink, phone call/s to see what had happened, apparently they only deliver to our area on Tues and Thurs. So it will be Tuesday then. Yes. Well, actually no and the first we knew it would be today was the early text and email to say it was coming. OK these things happen, but what was disappointing for us was that I left three phone messages asking for someone to get back to me and tell me what was happening: no response. I also made several unanswered calls to the contact number during office hours. So, we are relieved to have our order, but cannot rate Unbeateable Bathrooms higher than 3.
