We ordered a shower tray \ base - after a week, I rang them to ask for an update, I eventually got through to Adam, he couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then! THANK YOU ADAM! For us, personally the customer service was 5 Star and we really appreciate the quick refund - Kind Regards - Olivia.
