Ordered and paid for a bath, then no correspondence for 3 weeks. Eventually made contact with Adam, who informed me the item had been discontinued by manufacturer. He tried to find the item elsewhere but had no luck, so I received my full refund back. 5 stars to Adam for his assistance when I did speak to him, but only 3 stars in full as I had to chase them for 3 weeks before any contact. Would use them again though, as Adam seemed genuine, knowledgeable and seemed to really want to help.
