My graphics cards from Unigrade arrived 3 days late due to shipping delays. Although this was a disappointment, the customer service team was still helpful in providing me with updates every step of the way. They even offered to compensate for my delay with a special discount on my next purchase, which was really nice. All in all, I'm still satisfied with Unigrade's products and services and would definitely recommend them.
