One reason that I enjoy online shopping is the excitement of receiving a well-wrapped parcel. Sadly, this could not be said of the boots I received as they arrived in a very scruffy and beaten-up box. A nuisance for me because I keep my shoes in their original boxes. Service: 10/10, presentation 0/10!
