Everything was going good till our tracks got lost by the shipping agent and then called back at told company they were supposed to get us a discount and credit us some money back and then they told us they were going to use that money we were going to get back on a different shipping company so that put a sour taste in our mouth because we we’re told we we’re going to get it. Not our fault the packages got lost. And our tracks were supposed to be here for a job we we’re doing and it failed therefore didn’t get them when we we’re promised
