Didn't want to know,didn't want help.
One rep dropped out half way through my grievance. The other rep stated,"I don't know if I'm a rep or not".
The area rep (from middlesborough)refused to help. Don't think he could be bothered.
I had to go it alone.
I lost my case.
Expect the company will find some way to end my 14 years loyal 100% on all appraisals employment.
Unite are an absolute disgrace.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
Seems they forget we pay a monthly fee .
Abysmal none caring unprofessional is the best way I can describe them.
