I paid monthly fees to them for years and in that time I called upon them for help twice. On both occasions I was assigned incompetent fools, who clearly had no clue as to what they were doing.
Also on both occasions they actually tried to justify my company's poor conduct and tell me I had no real argument. It was only when I spoke with ACAS that I got the help and advice I needed to help myself.
I'm furious that Unite have had years of monthly fees from me for nothing. I may as well have poured that money down a grid.
