Omg they are the worst union I have ever come across. As an organisation and as employees within this organisation who are supposed to help people- they are far from helping people. My union rep was useless, had no knowledge, his manager was unhelpful and they ruined my case. Furthermore now the memberships manager and this other individual don’t have a clue what they are doing or talking about!!! Everyone’s incompetence is shocking and when you raise it with them, they say raise a complaint because they know complaints take months to resolve!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
