Happy to enounce that the support of this company is outstanding. Two weeks ago, i joined their 'Elite' educational package, 2 days into my studies i received a call from the company's management saying that there was a problem with the system, and i actually got the 'Advanced' class instead. During that conversation, the problem was fixed and I even got a small compensation for the inconvenience. As I see it this is a great start to realize that the company makes its own tests to make sure customers are satisfied.
