Great customer service, you even get to speak to a real person over the phone! Value for money, when payments work properly (Avoid WorldPay!) Been with these guys over 10 years now and the servers have never missed a beat. As mentioned, the ticket system works great and all my issues - no matter how stupid I've been - are always resolved in a diplomatic and level headed way. Recommended.
