The first time I purchased an item from UN it was damaged. I got in contact with Tiernan (customer services), he was extremely helpful and understanding. Within 48 hours the damaged product was collected and I received a new one. Since then ive joined there membership scheme and have been more than impressed by the standard of service UN provide.
