Was speculative after I ordered, saying "It's probably undrinkable, that's why its that cheap". How quick I changed. It arrived on Tuesday Morning at 10am after ordering it afternoon Sunday. Very quick by all standards, exactly what I ordered, no real problems. Both proteins are easy to drink, tastes great tho I have had smoother ones. Free shaker also sweetens the deal. For the price, service and speed: Can't complain at all Just to be honest, my only slight "annoyance": Other supplement shops give small individual free samples of different supplements like protein, pre-workout and post workout but they didn't. Though, they don't have to, it might be a nice touch in the future!
