Case/ticket 2775790. I've been with uphold for nearly 8 years (pretty much ever since they first started). This past Monday I noticed my funds were not accessible. When I contacted support this agent nicknamed "Mary" talked to me in a very bad manner as if I was some kind of hacker/scammer or other type of criminal. I'm in the middle of my holidays and this is causing me serious problems. I would appreciate if someone could at least look at my ticket (opened by rude "Mary").
