Got scammed by a freelancer who did not complete work as contracted, was billing for work that there was no evidence he completed. Upwork "investigated" and sided with the freelancer despite the fact that I offered proof that the freelancer vindictively or accidentally deleted part of the web site he was contracted to work on. Buyer beware!
