This product is great. Delivers! It’s not a cure if you have a current UTI; however, to prevent and maintain great UT health - best product on the market. I have been using for almost a year with no UTIs. Follow the directions and you are good to go. I also am very sensitive to many ingredients and this product never caused any type of rash, headaches, or negative reaction!
