Avoid this shocking excuse of a company. I returned an order and despite proof of return via Royal Mail using Urban Excess's return process they are claiming they have not received the item and have failed to refund me. To date I have only received one email despite chasing for an update on the return/refund multiple times. As a result I have contacted the consumer ombudsman for advice. Avoid disappointment and use another retailer.
