Llama light came slightly damaged as did the metal models. Delivery was fast although useless if you work as delivery service won't allow to put in a safe place.
Customer service contacted me very quickly and resolved my issues. Refunding me on the llama light and sending out a replacement tank. Very pleasant to deal with, they went out of their way to make sure this was resolved without me even asking.
