RC 4x4 bought for my son. worked fine except front wheel steer. phoned up to enquire about a replacement but no longer in stock. Full immediate refund, phone apology to my son and when i asked about returning the item i was told my son can keep it. Exemplary service through out, cant praise this company enough. Thank you
