I received my item (g & tea teapot) really quickly, well packaged. Unfortunately The item was faulty however I got through to urban gifts within two rings and they arranged a next day delivery which arrived on time and perfect to gift. A great item; delicate, great quality and looks lovely. Really impressed by the customer service. Definitely recommend.
