I ordered a flush mount chandelier which arrived with one of the glass rods broken. I reported this to Pooky Lighting by email and had a replacement was received within three (3) days...what company does that!!!
I am beyond impressed with that response...Thank you. I believe you can be comfortable ordering from this company...and the fixture is beautiful and very well priced
