I had an issue with a light shipped directly from the UK Pooky to the United States. After some confusing and unsatisfactory correspondence with the support team I dealt with initially, other respresentatives of the company took my concerns seriously and promptly resolved the issue. I've had multiple positive transactions with Pooky; overall they're a wonderful company to work with.
