We bought two rechargable lamps - one wall mounted Seurat picture light and the other a Hernan table lamp. Both worked out of the box, but the table lamp oddly had nothing in the charging port (an empty hole). We contacted Pooky and they sent us a replacement lamp immediately!
Both lamps now recharge and look great. Style and quality of build are excellent!
In addition, I can't say enough about the customer service - this company is a prime example of what a company should be.
