I ordered (3) lampshades from Pooky and all look great! One was a clip on shade and the other two are 12" tall tapered shades that come with harps to assemble. I was unsure of the dimensions of what would look and fit the best with my lamp bases, and called the customer service number. The customer service rep was very helpful. We went over the various dimensions of possible shade sizes and color/designs which led me to the right decision. The quality of the lamp shades are well made and look stunning! My order shipped free too since the total was over $100.00. The shipment was packed well, and I was given tracking updates. I am a very satisfied customer and had a great experience buying from Pooky Lighting!
