Exceptional product and exceptional customer service! I was very impressed with the quality of the shades compared to others available, which cost more than three times as much! Even better was the quick shipping because my order was a shipped the same afternoon it was placed, which I found incredible. Add to that the free returns, which is so important if you have a shade that doesn’t turn out to be exactly what you expected. Impressive!
