Excellent products and customer service. My light is adorable and was easy to install. The quality of the hardware, the finishes, the tech, and the shade construction are so much better than the more budget versions I was looking at (cough, Amazon, cough). I'm very happy with my choice. Regarding the customer serivce, I've never experienced the kind of proactive and thoughtful customer service that Pooky Lighting provided - they flagged that my order items might not be compatible and reached out to confirm they were what I wanted, then let me know an item was out of stock, but then let me know they had gone digging and found one for me. Lots of contact, but I appreciated it!
