First off, this is the second lampshade we have purchased from Pooky lighting. Both shades are fantastic quality and true to color. Also, the color shows well and remains strong even when the light is on, which I've found, isn't always the case with shades of lesser quality. And, now I can also comment on the amazing customer service, too! Fed Ex destroyed the box in transit, and upon arrival before I even opened the box, I knew the shade was probably damaged. I sent photos and an email. I recieved an email back in less than 24 hours and got a replacement. It arrived two days later! I will be shopping here first for all future lampshades!
