To my astonishment, everything worked smoothly. You get a US address assigned, which I specified as the shipping address on Ebay. You will then be notified by Uss-Express and you can choose the shipping method. The simple shipping would only have cost around $10, but there were still around $8 additional costs (I didn't understand exactly what for, I think for customs and taxes).
