I have made it my job to audit every big company in this service animal/emotional support animal space and USServiceAnimals.org is the only one that actually put me in touch with a licensed medical professional that had the power to approve or deny me. All of the others just immediately approved me after a brief questionnaire. That's crazy. With that being said, I have to say they are legitimate. I have a doctor friend as a neighbor and she looked at my paperwork and said it is as good as it gets. I'm pretty happy to report that this is not a scam.
