Honestly really happy with this company. I got a letter asap and was able to get approved at my apartment to have a cat. Don’t bother registering your pet or getting any of the extra supplies, like a collar, harness, etc. Also be aware the letter is for an ESA, not a service animal. All you need is the letter and you’ll be fine. Some landlords can make it a hassle to get approved, but my therapist was able to talk to them directly and resolved the issue.
