Please don’t be fooled by what you are not being told. 1st of all... read, read, read before buying then ask the company to submit in writing exactly how long you need to hold the wand over an item in order to sanitize it....2nd they don’t tell you that you will DONATE 20% of the amount you paid in order to return the item. Then you must take a picture if the unopened package and take a picture of your UPS receipt...then e-mail this information to them before they start to process your refund MiNUS 20%. The customer service is horrible, there is no transparency and the advertising is misleading. Please don’t waste your time..sanitizer wipes, alcohol, vinegar works just fine.
