I bought a canon powershot sx60 hs and arrived the July 23th the delivery was good but the even I was excited for the camera it wasn't what I expected, the same day I sent a email saying I wanted to return the item "under the 14 day money back guarantee " I got an automatic response from them and after that someone saying I will get information about what do I need to do but till now I don't have any answer. I read that most of the time they don't return the money and they keep your item and charge you a lot of money just for the return so I am scared because of that.
