Very poor communication. They wanted first a utility bill as proof of idendity, and then asked me for a bank statement (which, for obvious reasons I did not send them). Order first never showed up on 'my accounts' page, and after that, they said I would receive priority dispatch. Yeah, right!! Guess what, nothing has happened, since.
Never again! Stay away from these crooks.
