Worst experience I've ever had. My order went missing. Called customer service who are in hong king, they didn't seem to know anything, all I kept being told was that emails would sent to different departments. No one was in charge. They gave me a number to ring in the neverlands. When I told them how unhappy I was they hung up on me. As yet I have not received my camera& ive missed out on 2 days work. Don't Buy with value basket . Go somewhere else!
