To start with you quoted 3 to 6 days delivery and if it is delivered today as you say, that's 8 days.
You and your delivery people seem to give conflicting information, you say it's been dispatched and they say they have not received it and you ask me for my opinion of your service before I have received the goods.
But it's Christmas and it looks like it's being delivered today so all's well that ends well!!
