I ordered a camera for a Christmas present on 10th December 2014 and I am extremely concerned it will not arrive in time. I contacted your Help Desk and was issued a tracking number, but not clear information on how to use it. After considerable searching I found the Carriers web site and it appears my camera reached Singapore yesterday. I am now sorry I placed the order with you.
