Purchased camera on 10th December for £329 and it has still not been shipped. It's a present for my daughter and is unlikely to arrive on time. Got an e-mail saying I had priority delivery at no extra cost but Ben I tracked my delivery it's still with FedEx and not even been dispatched. Very very disappointed and will now have to spend time chasing the order. I simply want this package by Xmas.
Also not allowing alternative delivery addresses is a major inconvenience and flaw in the service provided.
