Online ordering and purchase simple enough. Then receive a notification from you to say that my order had been given a priority upgrade, sounds great! Yet I'm still to receive the item I ordered on 29/12/14. I have since tracked the parcel of which the courier says it is still at their depot and has been since 31/12/2014! Not particularly 3 working days and certainly not an upgraded service. Furthermore no clear indication when it is likely to be received
