Ordered a phone on April 13th and I am writing this on the 24th of April after receiving an email asking for feedback. I have not yet received the product and have contacted value basket to try and track my delivery after concerns had been raised when I was told the phone would be delivered no later than 8 days after purchase and the courier service being used havent even been sent a product
Not happy at all with the service I have revived
