Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet which was in stock on the face of it looked good, reasonable price and free delivery. I received a confirmation of the order and a notification that the order was being processed and I could expect shipment in the next 9-15 days. I immediately got back to Value basket asking for express delivery but got nothing back for a couple of days by which time I'd tried to cancel the order as I could have got the same product for a similar price on an overnight delivery.
Communication is awful, I did get notification in the end that they had accelerated the process but it still took over 9 days to arrive. I then got told if I wanted to cancel the order I could just refuse to accept delivery, after all the aggravation I thought I would accept the delivery and I'm please with the tablet. Just hope it doesn't go wrong.
The other problem is they don't give you a proper invoice so you can't claim the vat back for business. Apart from those issues, fine.
