Fantastic. Pre-ordered a sleeping bag, which then ran into unforeseen supply chain issues. Great communication with a couple of emails from Rebecca who then substituted the item at no extra cost to me. A further hand written note on the invoice was a great touch, and made the fact I now have a real functioning sleeping bag even better!!
