I was fortunate to have Vannier inspect 2 homes I was considering purchasing. Thanks to their expertise on roof and air conditioning, I passed on the first one, found roof damage on the second that even the owner didn't know about, and the owner is paying for the fix before I move in. I had two different inspectors. They were both very qualified.
